Refund policy

Refunds.

Version 25 September 2026. Applies to purchases from ATK New Technology One Member Company Limited (“ATK”).

1. Software licences (ATK Rule Doctor)

  1. 14 days, no questions asked. Ask for a refund within 14 days of purchase and you get the full amount back.
  2. If it does not run. If the software does not run on a supported Wazuh version (Wazuh 4.x on Linux) and we cannot fix that within 14 days of your report, you get a full refund, even after the first 14 days.
  3. Refunds go back to the original payment method. Orders placed online are processed by our reseller Paddle.com, which issues the refund; card refunds usually appear within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank.

2. Services (Wazuh Fix Pack and measured reports)

  1. You pay only after it works. The Fix Pack is invoiced only after the fix runs on your cluster, as agreed in the scope email. If it does not run, there is nothing to pay and nothing to refund.
  2. For services under a signed contract or order form, the refund terms in that document apply.

3. How to ask

Email dongnx@atkvn.com with your order number, or reply to your Paddle receipt. We answer within 2 business days.
