What we collect, and why.

1. What we collect

  1. Contact form. Name, email, company and message you type, the page you sent it from, your IP address and browser user-agent. Stored on our own server, used only to answer you and to limit abuse.
  2. Email. What you write to us, kept in our mailbox to answer you.
  3. Purchases. Online orders are handled by Paddle.com as merchant of record. Paddle collects your payment details under its own privacy policy; we receive your name, email, country, company, and what you bought. We never see your card number.
  4. Web server. Our web server may keep standard access logs (IP address, time, page requested) for security and troubleshooting.
  5. No tracking. These sites use no analytics service, no advertising cookies, and no third-party trackers.

2. The software

ATK Rule Doctor runs on your infrastructure and sends nothing to ATK: not your rules, not your alerts, not usage data. Files you choose to send us for a Fix Pack are used only for that job and deleted when you ask, or 90 days after delivery.

3. Sharing, retention, your rights

  1. We do not sell personal data. We share it only with Paddle (to process orders) and where the law requires.
  2. We keep contact and order records as long as needed to serve you and to meet accounting obligations.
  3. You can ask for a copy of your data, a correction, or deletion at dongnx@atkvn.com. We answer within 30 days.
